How To Register
Now it's easy to register online!
Registration for audioconferences via Web or telephone is simple.
Steps to register via the Web:
1. Review the list of audioconference titles. Click on
buttons for agenda, speakers, and pricing information.
2. Select which audioconferences you'd like to attend from the registration page
list by clicking button.
3. Follow the instructions for ordering. You'll get an email verification soon after.
Steps to register by phone:
1. Dial 1-800-372-1033 option 6, then sub-menu option 1.
2. The reservationist will ask for your Confirmation Code or the date and time
of the program that you would like to register for.
3. The reservationist will capture your registration information and give you
the information to connect to the live conference. If your conference is
eligible for CPE credits, the reservationist will ask for a list of all
attendees on the call.
4. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Please dial in 10-15 minutes ahead of start time.
• For telephone registration only: if you do not receive your e-mail confirmation 24 hours prior
to the event, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-372-1033 option 6,
then sub-menu option 1. You may want to let your network administrator know you will be receiving
important information from BNA.
Cancellation policy:
If you are unable to attend, please call us at least 24 hours
in advance to avoid cancellation charges (800-372-1033, option 6, Mon. - Fri., 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. ET, excluding
most federal holidays). You will receive a CD of the audioconference or a credit valid for one
year. Your credit may be applied toward the purchase of any BNA product or
audioconference.
